Who we work with
We work with a deliberately small number of properties — cottages, farm stays, heritage buildings, treehouses, riverside camps and mountain retreats — chosen for their setting, their story and the quality of the stay rather than the size of their marketing budget. Being listed on UniqueStay is a curated placement, not an open directory: it signals to guests that a property has been seen and chosen.
What it costs
Nothing to join and nothing to list. There is no signup fee, no subscription and no charge to keep your property on the platform. We earn only when you do — through a straightforward commission on confirmed bookings. You always see the room rate and the applicable commission before anything is finalised.
Marketing & support
Every property gets an editorial write-up, professional presentation on its own page, and a place in the collections and mood-based search that bring guests in. A person on our team helps with onboarding, photos, pricing and calendar setup, and stays reachable once you are live — booking requests come to you and are confirmed by you.
How to apply
Applying takes a few minutes. Tell us about your property and share your business and payout details; our team reviews every application and responds within 2–3 business days.
